Vendor Analysis/Selection

Our experience in evaluating vendor software solutions affords us the ability to recommend a solution that conforms to the guidelines and specifications for your organization. We work with vendors to determine the processes, systems and technology that provide a competitive edge in control, profitability or growth of your business. Our approach is as follows:

BankerTek uses or develops requirements gathered during the proof-of-concept phase to develop a list of potential vendors that may address business needs. Leveraging BankerTek's collateral and market intelligence, along with public information available in the market, we first develop a long list of potential vendor packages that might meet the stated requirements and contact the vendors using the following:

Vendor Identification and Assessment - Provide profile information and initial assessment regarding vendor software packages that fit the overall requirements.
RFI Creation and Issuance - Create and coordinate Request For Information with vendors. The RFI requests information regarding a vendor's ability to perform specific business, operational and technology functions as well as general information about the vendor's company product and technology.
RFI Response Analysis - Perform a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the responses to the RFIs. Monitor the quality, timeliness and value of IT/vendor services.

We then develop a short list of applications that meet significant aspects of the business, functional and technical requirements and/or are widely used in the industry by company's facing similar challenges.

We develop the short list through comparison and analysis of vendor capabilities, industry usage, high-level technical requirements. Each of the solutions included on the short list meet significant aspects of the stated objectives and goals.

Based upon our analysis, BankerTek will also develop a middle list of vendor packages that may meet significant aspects of the requirements but for which more information is needed to determine if these packages should be included on the short list.
