Level Nine Group is a consulting firm formed in 2007 in the state of Connecticut. We provide advisory services to help organizations improve operational performance through our practical approach to governance, risk and compliance. One of our more recent engagements is to assist an international organization with business process design and implementation for a global on-line asset and technology exchange. The exchange facilitates asset and technology transactions between small and medium enterprises in developing nations, and provides an open, market-driven, and transparent platform for such transactions.

Another of our on-going engagements is to formulate and implement a strategy to streamline and strengthen controls over key business processes and technology for one of the US's largest health insurance companies. Through collaboration, we are helping our client eliminate duplicative regulatory compliance efforts across the various lines of business and improve compliance posture while reducing associated cost.

John Jiang is the founder and managing principal of Level Nine Group LLC, a boutique professional services firm based in Stamford, Connecticut that specializes in risk management. Level Nine's clientele includes leading Fortune 100 financial services companies and some of the largest international organizations.

John is a recognized expert in IT risk management. Before founding Level Nine, he was co-leader of the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's IT risk management practice in the US. In that capacity, he advised many global clients on matters of IT risk management and regulatory compliance, and helped shape the IT risk management program at a number of leading financial services firms.

Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, he held leadership positions with various Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox Corporation in its Professional Services Division and Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as its first Chief Information Security Officer.
