Sydney O. Rodriguez
Mr. Rodriguez is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of BankerTek. He is recognized as a subject-matter-expert and strategist in banking and financial services with specific expertise and proficiency in the disciplines of straight through processing (STP), Customer Data Integration (CDI), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Mr. Rodriguez has over thirty years of management, consulting, and line-responsible experience in buy and sell-side front, middle and back office trading operations and international and domestic settlements. As a decision maker, leader, and Executive Director of the Regulatory and Compliance Practice, Mr. Rodriguez drives the organization's management and change. He presides over the day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to year operations and plans the overall company strategy, strategic plan, operational plans and profit objectives. Prior to founding BankerTek, Mr. Rodriguez served as a Director in the Advisory, Capital Markets Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Manager in BearingPoint's Capital Markets Practice, he was a Principal for Technology Solutions Company, Financial Services Practice, Vice President of Treasury Operations at CIT and an Assistant Vice President, Institutional Money Market Trader at Dean Witter Reynolds. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Long Island University.
Gary Huang
Mr. Huang is the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Director of the Asset Management Practice for BankerTek. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer on defining, documenting, implementing and tracking departmental operating procedures and metrics. He manages the onboarding and administrates the training for new hires. He works confidentially on issues related to departmental and company wide budget, headcount and staff planning. Mr. Huang develops marketing and presentation materials and delivers presentations to clients and senior management. He partners with the executive team to design, implement and deliver strategic and operational internal systems that create and deliver firm services and profitability. With over fifteen years in the financial services industry, he provides an extremely broad base of experience in the areas of commercial lending and secondary trading. Prior to joining BankerTek, Mr. Huang has distinguished himself as a Vice President in the Debt Finance Technology Division at Societe Generale, and has held positions at IQ Financial Systems, Inc. (currently known as Misys, PLC) and Technology Solutions Company, Financial Services Practice. Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from State University of New York at Albany.
Stephen J. DiFrancesco, PMP
Stephen DiFrancesco, PMP is the Chief Operating Officer of BankerTek and oversees the company's technical operations, contractual obligations, customer support, risk analytics, and the office of the CTO. He has distinguished himself with twenty-five years of diversified business experience providing consulting services to major financial institutions and is regarded as a Program Management subject matter expert. He brings extensive experience in project management methodologies and for the past ten years he has focused on enterprise level deployments in the areas of infrastructure, software systems and data centers. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Prior to joining BankerTek, Mr. DiFrancesco ran a series of enterprise level programs for Fortune 500 institutions and private companies. Some of his accomplishments include; Royal Bank of Scotland, Americas Mr. DiFrancesco ran the program to deploy retail complaint management system to 1,600 Citizens Branch Locations; for ICAP North America - he ran the program for replacement of fixed income trade matching engines; for Merrill Lynch Private Client Group - Mr. DiFrancesco ran the program for the conversion of traditional Telco to VOIP for 27,000 client advisers; for Banc America Securities - he managed the implementation and deployment for OTC Equity Options ticketing system; for Nova Corp - Mr. DiFrancesco ran multiple programs for datacenter consolidation & relocations; for IQ Financial Systems - Mr. DiFrancesco was the North American manager for professional Services (currently known as Misys, PLC); for Barclays Capital he ran the Year 2000 compliance program. Mr. DiFrancesco is also responsible for new business development in the financial services industry and has leveraged relationships built over his prominent career. Mr. DiFrancesco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Catholic University of America Washington DC.
John McWilliams
Mr. John McWilliams is the Managing Director of the Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planning practice for BankerTek. He began his 30 year career in business continuity and IT infrastructure management at Digital Equipment Corporation. His specialty area of data center recovery is complemented by his strong background in business continuity program management and over 20 years experience in IT. He has developed continuity and infrastructure strategies for clients in financial services, manufacturing, high tech, and education. As Director of Business Continuity at Interactive Data Corp, he established the business continuity program and the implementation of new high-availability primary and backup data centers to support recovery of time-critical production processing. He is a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP), holds a BA from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Finance from Boston College, is a moderately skilled golfer, and runs the occasional marathon.
